1. The Matching
The first step is to contact us for a free, non-binding first interview. After qualifying your project and determining your entrepreneurial profile, we will prepare your “matching”, ie the selection of the franchises best suited for you.
2. The Discovery Process
The second step is to analyze in more detail the franchise that you have chosen as a priority. Discussions with the franchisor, its franchisees and the analysis of the “Franchise Disclosure Document” will allow you to understand in depth their activity, their potential and your daily life as a franchisee.
3. The Discovery Day
It is recommended that you go to the franchisor’s headquarters before signing with them, in order to meet those who will become your business partners and to see first-hand how things are going on the ground.
4. The Franchise Fees
When signing the contract, you will have to pay the entrance fee to the franchisor. This will form the basis of the necessary investment for your Visa case. As long as you have not signed this contract, you are free from any obligation and have nothing to pay the franchisor.
5. Visa file
If necessary, we will coordinate between your immigration consultant and the franchisor.
Before starting your business, the franchisor will provide you with intensive training on all aspects of the business. You will also have access to the training manual as well as the central franchise tools and teams. This step is generally superimposed with the launch support provided by the franchisor.
Clearly, at the end of the training, you will already be in charge of a business in activity. Throughout this study, we will direct you, if necessary, to the right people – lawyers, accountants, real estate agents, etc. – to move forward on the other aspects of your project.
